All tickets to the Guadalupe Festival have been distributed and the event is fully booked. We thank you for your participation and understanding.

General Information Regarding Tickets

• Tickets to the event are free. Any tickets for sale on Web sites or through ticket brokers are fraudulent.

• Individuals who request tickets will be required to provide name, address and other information required to ensure ticket delivery.

• All individuals entering the events will be subject to the rules of conduct set by Jobbing.com Arena.

• Arrive early for best seating.

• Handicapped accessible/disabled seating is available on all levels of the arena. Jobing.com Arena is equipped with elevators that access all public areas of the arena.

• The Knights of Columbus and Jobing.com Arena intend to provide all guests with a safe, comfortable and enjoyable family-friendly environment. Our family atmosphere restricts foul or abusive language and obscene gestures. Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing are not permitted on arena property. Seemingly intoxicated guests will not be granted access into the arena.

• Smoking is not permitted in Jobing.com Arena at any time; however, there are designated smoking areas conveniently located within the facility.
